As a mom of two boys adopted from Ethiopia, a wife, and an adoption advocate - I have a desire to encourage other women that are journeying through the adoption process and through life, in general, along side of me. A Road to Here is part of my story. My past is a part of my story. If I had been asked to write my own story 15 years ago - it might have looked quite different than where I am right now - but I woud not change anything. I'm grateful for the Lord and for His plan in my life. Adoptive Moms - Young, Old, Married, Single, or Widowed - we can all teach each other something as we go.
